I take the time to understand exactly what you want your piece to be, while treating every inclusion entrusted to me with the utmost care and respect. As soon as the order has been placed, I meet with you in person, here in Bristol, to talk through your ideas, hopes and wishes for your memorial piece. This is also when you hand your precious inclusions to me.
I believe communication is paramount so I stay in touch with you throughout the entire process, keeping you updated at every stage so you always know what is happening with your memorial piece. You will never be left wondering where we are in the process.

After experiencing huge loss myself, I realised how impersonal and inaccessible personalised memorial jewellery could sometimes feel. I wanted something that felt more personal, transparent and, above all, gave people complete reassurance — and that ultimately became the foundation of Heaven’s Keepsakes.

I also became increasingly uncomfortable with how the memorial jewellery industry can work. Some families are given the impression that their loved one's ashes will stay safely with the person they have entrusted them to, when in actual fact, they are being group-posted to a central workshop to create their jewellery, and then group-posted back again. To me, that's just plain deceitful and taking advantage of people at one of the hardest times in their lives.
Don't get me started on what some companies charge too. I may not ever be a millionaire doing things the way I do, but at least I can hold my head up high.

I believe in honesty, accessibility and complete transparency. I keep you updated throughout the process, I don't charge extra for additions such as diamond dust, opal, gold leaf, etc., and I will colour-match your piece as closely as possible rather than limiting you to a fixed colour palette. Your loved one was unique, so their keepsake should be too.

The Process
1. Place your order
Choose the piece you would like me to handcraft for you. You’ll immediately receive your order confirmation and receipt by email.

2. Receive your welcome pack
I’ll send your welcome pack in the post, containing everything you need to safely prepare your inclusions, along with your order form and instructions.

3. First Meeting*
Once you have your welcome pack and are ready, we’ll arrange an appointment for you to come and meet me here in Bristol, bringing your completed form and precious inclusions with you.
If you have a favourite item, such as a shirt, bag or anything else that shows the colour you’d like, please bring it along so I can colour-match your piece as closely as possible.

4. I order your materials
Once we’ve met, I’ll order the materials needed to create your bespoke piece. Everything is made to order.

5. I keep you updated
I’ll stay in touch throughout the entire process, keeping you updated on progress and timescales and answering any questions along the way.

6. I create your keepsake
As soon as all the materials have arrived, I’ll begin crafting your piece. Most materials arrive within 3–4 weeks, followed by around a week for me to complete your jewellery.
Some pieces can be created in as little as one week from receiving your inclusions.

7. Final Meeting
Once your keepsake is complete, I’ll carefully package it with your Certificate of Authenticity and care instructions, then arrange your final appointment for you to meet with me and collect your finished, one-of-a-kind keepsake personally.

*Unable to meet me in person?
Although I meet all my clients personally as a rule, I don’t want geography to prevent anyone from using Heaven’s Keepsakes if they wish. Therefore, if you can’t meet me in person but would still like me to create your piece, simply select ‘Postage Required’ when placing your order. I’ll provide a tracked, pre-paid envelope to make sending your precious inclusions as easy and straightforward as possible.
